This policy explains how MADARQ Technologies, based in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, handles personal information collected through www.madarq.ae and related enquiries. For privacy questions or requests, email hello@madarq.ae.

Information we collect

When you request a quote, we collect your name, company, phone number, email address, selected service and requirement description. We also receive the information you choose to share by email, WhatsApp or during a consultation. Please do not include passwords, payment card details or sensitive personal information in your enquiry.

Our hosting provider may process technical information such as IP addresses, browser details, requested pages and access times in server and security logs.

How we use your information

We use your details to respond to your enquiry, understand your requirements, prepare quotations, arrange consultations and follow up on the services you requested. We also use relevant information to operate and protect the website, maintain business records and meet applicable legal obligations.

The enquiry checkbox records your agreement to use your submitted details to respond to your request. It does not subscribe you to a marketing mailing list. Where processing depends on consent, you may withdraw it by contacting us; this does not affect processing already carried out lawfully.

Who receives your information

Website enquiries are sent to our business email inbox. Information may be processed by our hosting, email and communication providers and by personnel who need it to handle your request. We may share relevant information with a delivery partner where needed for your requested service, or with authorities where legally required. We do not sell personal information.

WhatsApp and consultation bookings

Our WhatsApp and Calendly links take you to external services. If you choose to contact us or book a meeting there, those providers process information under their own privacy terms. Review WhatsApp’s privacy policy and Calendly’s privacy notice before using them. You can contact us by email instead.

International processing

Depending on the providers involved, information may be stored or processed outside the UAE. Where applicable data protection law requires safeguards for an international transfer, those requirements apply to our use of the provider.

Cookies and analytics

This website does not currently include Google Analytics, advertising trackers or embedded booking widgets. Hosting services may process technical data to deliver and secure the website. External services you open, including Calendly and WhatsApp, may use their own cookies. We will update this notice if our use of analytics or tracking changes and obtain consent where required.

Retention and security

We retain enquiry information for as long as needed to handle the request and related business follow-up, and to satisfy applicable legal, accounting or dispute-resolution requirements. The period depends on whether your enquiry develops into a customer relationship. You can ask us about retention or request deletion using the email above.

We take reasonable measures to protect personal information, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Your choices and rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access to your personal information, correction of inaccurate information, deletion, restriction of processing or a copy of your information, and object to certain processing. You may also withdraw consent where it is the basis for processing. Some requests may be subject to legal exceptions.
